By accessing our website or interacting with a client page powered by our service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Client / Publisher – A user who uses our service to host and share content.
Visitor – Anyone who visits our website.
End User – A person who interacts with a client page powered by our service.

We provide hosting, content delivery, and form processing for our clients’ protected content pages. We do not own or control the content clients publish.
If you are a client:

If you are an end user:
You must provide accurate information when submitting forms on a client page.
You are responsible for reviewing the client’s privacy policy before submitting your data.
All intellectual property rights of our platform belong to us. Client content remains the property of the client.

Interfere with or disrupt the service.

No tracking: We do not collect personal data from visitors and do not use cookies or analytics tools.
Only publisher emails: If you email us to request publisher access, we process your email address and message solely to reply.
When you submit a form on a client page (for example, to access a PDF or subscribe), your data is collected by the client and processed on our infrastructure.
Roles under the GDPR:
Client (Controller): Defines the purposes and legal basis for processing your data.
Download My Secrets (Processor): Processes your data according to the client’s instructions.
Data processed as a processor:
Identification: Name.
Contact: Email address.
Form metadata: Timestamp and client area identifier.
Source of the data: Directly from you, through the submitted form.
Purposes (defined by the client):
Access management (delivering requested content, confirming subscription, managing lists).
Communication (sending updates or requested content).
Legal basis (defined by the client):
Usually consent or contract.
Retention: We keep your data only for the period instructed by the client.
Sharing:
With the client.
With contracted sub‑processors (hosting, email delivery).
No sale of personal data.
International transfers: We use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Exercising your rights: Contact the client (controller). We support the client in responding.
If you contact us directly (for example, to request publisher access), we will use your email only to respond to your request.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
